Role: Creative Director

2021/2022

At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, as the Creative Director of Amplifier.org, I spearheaded a rapid response Global Open Call to help create and distribute public health and safety messages, spotlight the vital efforts of frontline workers, and raise awareness about mental health and well-being at the beginning of lockdown.

This initiative, involving collaborations with dozens of organizations and our dedicated team, garnered over 10,000 submissions from around the world and tens of billions of impressions thanks to digital ad dollars from Facebook and physical ad space from thousands of Ad Council locations. But more important than those numbers, were the tens of thousands of lives potentially saved through this awareness campaign that launched in record time as the world locked down and began searching for reliable information and symbols of hope.

This campaign created a powerful collective narrative that not only promoted crucial health information but also provided a platform for shared experiences and emotional support during a time of unprecedented crisis. This campaign exemplified the potential of community-driven storytelling to drive meaningful action and foster global solidarity.
